Caring for a loved one can be stressful. I know because my wife and I have been doing this for some time and there were times we needed help. However, finding reliable, friendly, dependable, flexible help and, more importantly, someone with whom Dad could get along with, was not easy. In the past, we have had several caregivers from several companies, none of whom we were truly satisfied with.

During the initial call, we briefly described the type of person we thought would be suited for Dad. Having had so many problems finding the right fit for him, we insisted on meeting the proposed caregiver from the get go. When Linda and Don made the initial visit, we were instantly sold. Linda is a charming and compassionate lady and Don instantly made a connection with Dad. I could not believe that, hours after the meeting, Dad was still talking about having met Linda and Don.

Initially, I took it for granted that we got lucky, but I later realized that our experience with the company was exceptional by design. Following our free consultation, I received a follow up call from management enquiring how the consultation went, and of our experience in general. I later learned from speaking with you, the founder, that Nowhere Like Home is not just a homecare provider; they are first and foremost a service provider, aiming always to provide an excellent experience for their customers. My family and I are going off for a well-needed vacation, and we have peace of mind knowing Dad is in good hands with Nowhere Like Home.
